Dear CCP,
I am a paying customer.
I and the hoarde of other subscribers are the reason you get paid each month.
This means you should treat us with some respect.
This means you should listen to us.
This means you should not willy nilly apply patches without giving us some modicum of notice!
New players to this game will continue to be drawn in by your shiny expansions and then run for the hills when they realise that a) stuff is broken lots b) you don't treat your customers with any respect.
Now I know eve is a dark sandbox world where people have to HTFU, but you know what I also live in the real world and guess what in that real world you guys gotta eat === pay for food == work for money == KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY
Seriously, You are doing it wrong!
And for all you childish dweebs out there, No! you cannot have my stuffz mkay and No! there are no tears so they cannot be delicious.

Look its simple, we are paying for this, we are in control we just don't seem to know it.
All you guys ready to jump on people calling them whiners etc are the real losers here cos you detract from our ability to exert pressure as paying customers!

tbh I dont mind at all if you have to take the server down to fix a security flaw or such like, I work in software I get this....
The fact there are no patch notes, indicate this could be the reason, but if it is then just tell us
All I am asking for is to be treated like a paying customer, with respect

I get to play this game for an hour each day, the hour after DT
When you extend it, it hurts me!
When you place a notice at 8pm the night before I don't know about it until I come to log in.....
Basically I pay you money to use this game for 1 hour each day and you keep stopping me from doing so
What do I want? simple real notice of downtimes, emergency situations aside
thats all

You know what you are quite correct
they are under no obligation, no explicit one, there is an implicit one though, you get that right????
So here it is I run two accounts, when my current play time runs out I'm going to biomass my chars, no I'm biomassing the stuffz too
